As a product of the New Haven school system, a parent, and a certified educator, Gigi understands the urgent times New Haven is facing. She envisions a stronger New Haven that treasures young people and sky rockets them into their full potential.
She believes that we are a community of capable people, if we ban together, bringing skills, concern, assistance, hope, power, collaboration, and willingness, we can do whatever it takes to draw out leaders for today from among our youth.

A professional illustrator and writer by trade, Debi has always had a passion for youth in crisis. Too often, wonderful, creative kids are victims of their environment and never have the chance to reach their full creative potential.
Thru various arts programming we hope to reach and inspire the creative voices lying dormant in our youth. No child is lost, they are just diamonds in the rough.
